To maintain publication quality and efficiency, all submissions must adhere to specific
formatting and structural requirements. Please follow the guidelines carefully to prevent
delays or rejection.
Article Types

Research Articles: 5500–6000 words (excluding intro, methods, results, and
discussion)

Review Articles: 4000–4500 words, abstract ≤ 250 words, max. 100 references
- Case Reports: 2000–2500 words
- Editorials: 1000–1500 words
- Letters to the Editor: Up to 500 words
- Clinical Images: 300–500 words

Review all formatting and structural instructions before submitting. Submissions not following
the guidelines may be delayed or rejected.

Manuscript Title
Use a clear and concise title. Avoid acronyms and unnecessary punctuation.

Abstract
Maximum 300 words. Summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion. Do not include
references.
Keywords
Include 4–6 relevant keywords that reflect the content of the article.
Abbreviations
List all abbreviations used in the manuscript, separated by semicolons.
Materials and Methods
Describe procedures clearly to allow reproducibility. Provide sufficient detail and references.
Results and Discussion
Present findings with supporting data, figures, and tables. Interpret results logically and
connect with existing literature.
Proofs
Proofs will be emailed to the corresponding author. Revisions must be returned within 24 hours.
References
Follow Vancouver style. Examples:

Figures
Submit in JPEG format, 600x1200 px, high resolution. Include one figure per page with captions.
Tables
Provide in Microsoft Word format, one table per page. Do not use images or color formatting.
Acknowledgements
Include individuals who contributed but do not meet authorship criteria. Obtain consent before
listing.
Copyright
All published content is protected. Reproduction requires written permission from the
publisher.

Withdrawal Policy
1. Timeframe & Charges
- Within 7 days of submission: No charges

After 7 days or during peer-review: 50% of the Article Processing Charge
(APC)
- After publication: No withdrawal or refund allowed
2. Ethical Requirements
- All authors must approve the manuscript prior to submission
- Simultaneous submissions are prohibited
- Withdrawals to publish elsewhere are not acceptable
3. Unethical Withdrawals
- Withdrawals without justification are deemed unethical
- Non-responsive authors may be reported to institutions or listed on blacklists
4. Withdrawal Process
- Submit a signed withdrawal form stating the reason
- Editorial approval is mandatory
- If review exceeds 3 months, withdrawal is free of charge
